Get your team started quickly and easily with this customizable Business setup.

First check out the included example projects to get your bearings, then modify the structure to meet your team's unique needs.

This setup uses the same basic structure that we use at Doist – the company behind Todoist – and we hope it helps you get your team up and running.

Be sure to check out the additional resources linked within the setups.

Note: within this preview, the top-level folders – used for teams, and other broad categories in our example – are shown as projects. But once downloaded, they'll show with the intended Folder -> Project structure.

Note: you'll need to have an existing Business account to copy this setup.

Also, be sure you've accessed this page by clicking the "+" sign next to your Business workspace, then selecting "Browse templates." This will ensure the setup is copied into your Business workspace rather than your personal one.

From there, you can browse through the example projects, checking out any resources of interest.

Then, you can rename any projects or folders to match your particular business, and archive or delete any you don't need.
