- Brainstorm all the tasks on your mind.
- Move those tasks into their respective projects based on when they’re due – this week, this month, next month, or this year. If you’re not sure, put it in “someday/maybe”.
- Set up your Sunday Project to keep track of recurring tasks that help you prepare for the week ahead.
- Use the Little Big Things to stay connected to family and friends. Add in reminders to check in with people, or add links you’d like to send them.
